2.0 6’ Datalogging Cable (IN STOCK)

This proprietary USB cable connects the JB3 G3 control box to your laptop, for use with 2.0s new datalogging, tuning, and map loading software. Cable may be left in engine bay and routed in the window or door when needed for a simple install. Alternatively it may also be routed behind the ECU in to the glove box for a clean install and on the fly access. JB3 must be equipped with a G3 box. Please do not attempt to use a standard RS232/USB cable with the JB3 as it will not work and may damage the processor.

To use this cable you must first have the 2.0 firmware loaded on your G3 control box which you can burn using a chip burner. G3 upgrade boxes below will have the 2.0 firmware preloaded for you. Once the 2.0 firmware has been burned you will use this cable for all future updates.

G3 Control Box (IN STOCK)

Upgrades your old JB3 G1 or G2 control box to the newest G3 control box. The new box features a serial port at the bottom to allow tuning, logging, and map loading access via the JB3 datalogging cable. Generally orders shipped 7/1/2009 or later will already have this revised G3 box, but please check your JB3 before ordering. Boxes will ship with latest 2.0 beta software installed, and future updates will be loaded with the JB3 datalogging cable above. A $50 core deposit will be added to each unit ordered, which is refundable by returning your old control box via USPS with chip installed to the address on our contact page. Please include a copy of your checkout receipt or Paypal email address when returning your old box for the core charge refund.
